Ameriplan What SCAM!!!!

If you think Ameriplan is a scam, you're not alone. I did too until, I actually signed up for and used Ameriplan to purchase reading glasses for myself and a pair of reduced glare glasses for my 17 year old daughter. Who had just received her drivers license and works at night. We walked into a Pearl Vision Center and I received a full vision test and my daughter was fitted for her glasses. The total bill for the full exam and the glasses was a total of $1,054.98. I called Pearl Vision in advance to verify that they accepted Ameriplan before I went. At check out time I pulled out my Ameriplan card and presented it to the cashier and my savings was a whopping $500. A nearly 50 % savings for a plan that I only pay $19.95 a m0nth for.
Several weeks later, I used the plan again to assist with a root canal that I had to have. With my insurance, I would have had to pay for half of the cost of the root canal, which would have been $550. I was so pleased that I used Amerplan and saved $75.00, instead of using my insurance. I have been so pleased with the amount of money that I saved that I signed up to sell this outstanding health plan.
